All rail passes have a 20% cancellation fee.
Cost of shipping or seat reservations are non-refundable.
Insurance: We highly recommend the purchase of a low cost ($12) insurance
plan which covers the loss of your rail pass. If your pass is lost or stolen,
file a local police report and purchase tickets at the train stations to
continue your journey. Upon return home you will file a claim with the
insurance company. You will be reimbursed for the tickets you have to buy,
so keep your train receipts!!
